What is “Unazuki Beer”?
"Unazuki Beer" is a Kurobe local beer made from underground water of the Kurobe River, which flows from snowmelt from Tateyama Mountains, and two-row barley grown in the Kurobe River's spring waters.
Exquisite preservation of live yeast is the key to aroma and deliciousness. Yeast contains many vitamins and minerals that are said to be good for health and beauty.
We make our products with great care in order to deliver "deliciousness" to our customers.
What is “Unazuki Beer Museum”?
"Unazuki Beer Museum" opened in 1997 as a restaurant attached to a craft beer brewery.
At the restaurant, you can enjoy freshly brewed "Unazuki Beer", which is made from yeast, along with seafood from the sea and mountains of Toyama.
Please also visit Roadside Station "Unazuki" Unazuki Shokusai-kan.

Beautiful amber beer
-
Characterized by the moderate sweetness and aroma of caramel malt
◎The bitterness of the hops is about the same as that of Kölsch, but the rich aroma, sweetness, and deep richness are in harmony, and the bitterness is mellow. This is a beer that you should take your time to enjoy.
